Plastic Surgery in Cheshire – Leading Standards
Miss Breahna is based at the wonderfully equipped, modern Nuffield Grosvenor Hospital. From here, she specialises in the following treatments.
However, please be aware that this is not an exhaustive list.
Breast Enlargement Cheshire
Breast procedures are an area of specialism for Miss Breahna across both her private and NHS work.
The process always begins with a detailed consultation, at which you would discuss your aims for surgery and Miss Breahna would outline the results achievable.
She would provide all relevant information, for instance, the type of implants to be used and where incisions would be made so as to minimise visible scarring.
Breast enlargement, or augmentation, is a hugely popular procedure and one that can do so much to boost both appearance and also confidence and self esteem.
Most cosmetic surgeons in Cheshire might offer breast enlargement procedures but that is not to say all are equal. Please take the time to see how CVs and experience levels compare.
Anca’s experience, coupled with the fact she can naturally empathise as a woman makes her an unmatched choice.
Breast Reduction Cheshire
Also called a Reduction Mammaplasty, breast reduction is a procedure that can remove the pain, discomfort and embarrassment that can be associated with overly large breasts.
In the operation, excess levels of fat and glandular tissue are removed, this leading to breasts that are more shapely and attractive.
The benefits can be to appearance, but also health – overly large breasts can lead to concerns such as back pain as the body has to endure the extra weight.
Miss Breahna uses either a superomedial pedicle with either an ‘inverted T’ or a vertical scar technique, depending on the individual characteristics of the breast.
Breast Lift Procedures Cheshire
As we age, the breasts can sag – worry not, the breast lift – or mastopexy – can solve this.
The surgery will restore shape and definition, leading to that more youthful appearance once more. The lift can be combined with implants, or some fat transfer to further sculpt the breasts as desired – this is discussed in the consultation.
Whether the sagging has been caused through ageing, genetics or pregnancy and childbirth, there is no need to simply accept it. It can be easily resolved.
Breast Implants Cheshire
Whether a treatment on their own, or in combination to address a concern such as tuberous breast, breast implants are one of the most popular treatments in Cheshire (or indeed anywhere).
Anca Breahna uses only the safest of implants and, given her specialism in breast procedures across both NHS and private work, has unmatched experience in the use of implants to create the results desired by patients.
Tummy Tuck Cheshire
Technically called an abdominoplasty, the tummy tuck is a procedure whereby excess skin and fat from the lower abdominal areas is removed to in turn create a flatter, higher stomach.
The tummy tuck is popular after weight loss as there will often have been some skin and muscle separation. It can be a surgery purely for aesthetic reasons, but it can also have health benefits too, for instance addressing pain in the lower back.
Different levels of tummy tuck are available, these are essentially the degree of skin and fat to be removed and from how wide an area. The mini tummy tuck would see a small amount taken where this is all that is required to make the area look trim once more.
However, a tummy tuck can also see skin and fat removed from the sides and back as part of a more extensive treatment.
The tummy tuck can be used in combination with breast treatments, the grafted fat used to help shape the breasts – this is often known as the Mummy Makeover.
Arm Lift Cheshire
A Brachioplasty – or arm lift to use a catchier term – removes excess skin from the upper arm, specifically where this has lost elasticity and so perhaps begun to droop.
With this surgery, the droopy skin, or ‘bingo wings’ will be a thing of the past.
Thigh Lift Cheshire
Similar to the arm lift, the thigh lift also tackles skin build up in a specific body area. Done with skill and care, this creates a more toned, balanced profile.
The thigh lift is very common post-weight loss, which can lead to the appearance of somewhat droopy skin in regions, especially if an aggressive period of weight loss is undertaken, or potentially liposuction.
The results achievable would be discussed at your obligation-free consultation.
Liposuction Cheshire
Liposuction is a popular treatment for tackling localised fat deposits, deposits which often steadfastly refuse to budge no matter how much we exercise or how good our diet may be.
‘Lipo’ can be used on many parts of the body, for instance, the legs, back, tummy, thighs, arms, chin and more.
A cannula is inserted under the skin to break top the fatty tissue and the fat is then sucked out.
Lipo may be combined with skin tightening as required, this could be discussed at consultation.
Depending on the amount of liposuction performed, including the number of areas of the body it is used on, it may either be performed as a day case, or a procedure whereby an overnight stay is required.

Miss Breahna is a consultant plastic surgeon who specialises in skin cancer surgery at her Chester clinic.
