Anca Breahna, a leading female cosmetic surgeon, offers breast enlargement procedures to patients in Cheshire from her clinic in Chester.
Anca is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon who holds numerous renowned Fellowships and specialises in breast surgery procedures at her NHS practice and privately.
She also brings a female perspective to this very personal surgery, acting always with sensitivity and understanding about how the appearance of breasts can impact a woman’s confidence.
Suitability for Breast Augmentation
Suitability for augmenting your breasts at Anca’s Cheshire clinic can only truly be determined after a thorough and open consultation. This is your chance to talk and for Miss Breahna to listen and then ask relevant questions.
As with any leading cosmetic breast surgeon, she will want to know about you – what is your journey to this point, why you want a breast augmentation and what results you are hoping to achieve.
Everybody has a different story. Some will have had a condition such as tuberous breast or asymmetrical breasts, these often visible from puberty.
Breast enlargement surgery can restore confidence and rectify what might have been a cause for concern for many years.
Others may want plastic reconstructive procedures after breast cancer, Miss Breahna’s NHS work is focused on Breast Reconstructive Surgery (after Breast Cancer treatment or congenital asymmetries).
Others may not have had a condition or illness, but just do not have the volume or size or shape of breast they would like.
In all instances, breast enlargement surgery can make the visible change a woman seeks, but often it can do so much for self-esteem too.
This can be wonderful to see – the impact on someone not just physically, but how it can transform their life, making them more confident and happier in themselves and so improving work and personal relationships too.
At the consultation, a patient’s full medical history would be taken into consideration and the plastic surgeon would suggest a plan of the best action.
No reputable plastic surgeon will ever push someone into breast augmentation surgery that they do not truly believe to be in that person’s best interest.
The only true way to ascertain suitability is to have an obligation-free consultation with an expert in breast surgery procedures.

Breast Enlargement Method
On a web page, it is impossible to say with confidence what the best cosmetic surgery procedures would be in any individual instance.
Please rest assured that Miss Breahna, as a specialist in breast augmentation procedures, has a wide range of techniques at her disposal and so can discuss breast implant options and suggest the best option in your individual case.
Breast Implants
Commonly, breast implants will be used, and it is these that are referred to when people reference a ‘boob job‘ with a breast implant inserted either between the breast tissue or chest muscle or under the chest muscle.
Fat Transfer
However, fat transfer will be the more suitable plastic surgery in some instances instead of breast implants, this involves fat being grafted from one area of the body – for instance, the thighs or abdomen, and then this is treated and used in the breasts to add volume.
For this to be an option, the patient needs to have an area of the body where there is sufficient fat to be grafted.
One benefit of this plastic surgery approach over breast implants is that it can address two issues at once – removing unwanted fat from an area of concern, then using this to create the added breast volume.
This double procedure is commonly known as a Mummy Makeover because of its popularity among those who have recently given birth and wish to regain their pre-pregnancy figure.
A combination of these cosmetic surgery procedures can also be used, breast implants with some fat too.
Breast Enlargement Surgery
All methods of breast enlargement surgery require incisions to be made, these can be in one of three places – the location depending on the specific nature of the case.
In all instances, Miss Breahna ensures that any visible scarring is kept to an absolute minimum.
The best method to achieve the breast augmentation you seek would be discussed in the initial consultation.
The implants or fat transfer procedure is performed under general anaesthetic and requires an overnight stay
In Cheshire, this is performed at the wonderful Grosvenor Hospital (part of the Nuffield Health Group), on Wrexham Road, Chester – CH4 7QP.
This is a modern private hospital equipped with leading technology and relaxing rooms for patient recovery.
Breast Enlargement Recovery Cheshire
Recovery begins with an overnight stay at the Grosvenor Hospital in Chester where Anca’s main clinic is based, after which there is a period in which the patient must take it relatively easy.
Any pain can typically be managed by patients with painkillers, these will be given to you to take home, and there will then be a first follow-up appointment at the clinic between seven and 10 days post breast surgery.
There are follow-up appointments with Miss Breahna at one week, six weeks, and then three and six months post-surgery, your physical well-being closely monitored at all stages.
Miss Breahna is also available at all times for any queries you might have relating to recovery.
Some time off work will be required, this varies by the nature of your work, but would often be around two weeks. Sport cannot be engaged in for around 12 weeks post-surgery.
Full details of recovery, including specific details in your instance, would be given both at initial consultation and then post-surgery – this includes literature for your reference.
Why Consider Miss Breahna
While many will be certain that they wish to consider breast enlargement surgery, there remains the question of which cosmetic surgeon to trust.

Her extensive plastic surgery training has been rewarded with a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast), the Fellowship European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS), the Post Graduate Diploma for Hand Surgery at the BSSH (British Society for Surgery of the Hand) and a Master of Science Degree at the University of Manchester and she is on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery.

About Chester
Chester is a beautiful walled city located within the county of Cheshire and on the River Dee.
The city was founded as Castrum, the Roman fort located there called Deva Vitrix – this was one of the main army camps in the UK. Deva then became a major settlement in its own right.
Chester has a long and rich history, it was given city status as far back as 1541 and its importance is shown by the castle and walls, these remaining among the most complete city walls in the UK. The castle received numerous extra fortifications through the centuries, the initial castle built under the instructions of William the Conqueror.
Chester remained important through later centuries, for instance the nearby Newtown, with the Shropshire Union Canal were key to distribution.
The city is now a popular one for tourists, this a key industry, so too are public administration and retail.
A large number of well-known celebrities and famous people were born in Chester, or lived in the city, these include Russ Abbot, Beth Tweddle, Ben Foden and many people’s favourite James Bond – Daniel Craig.
